Luxury Brain Box?
First off, I have stuck my head in a lot of weird places, but even I'm worried about this one. Super high end shoe maker Tod's has launched a new line of luxury hand made lids. Priced at $1,000 they are not for everyone (I'd say only the super rich lol) I'm not going to lie, they do look kind of cool, but the fact that they are not a serious helmet manufacturer worries me.
The Desktop V-Twin~!
This badboy is a fully functional internal combustion V-Twin engine that comes in at only 5.5 pounds and kicks out 1500 RPM! Now I know what you're thinking, how do I get my hands on the sickest paper weight known to man? Check out Hammacher Schlemmer for all the purchasing details (*cough* $1k *cough*). Created by a German Engineering company and completely built from aluminum and stainless steel! RAWR! The engine runs on Butane fuel (the same stuff in a Zippo lighter) and kicks out non-toxic exhaust from its two exhaust pipes... If anyone is feeling like they want to buy me something, please feel free to flip the bill on this one!
Confederate - P120 Fighter - Combat Edition
As with all Confederate motorcycles, the P120 Fighter - Combat Edition will be limited production. Only 120 of these crazy ass bad mamma jammas will be created. This belt driven nearly all aircraft grade aluminum beast comes to the playing field with a whopping 160 horses on the rear wheel and 145 foot pounds of ground crushing torque! Yeah, that will knock the wind out of ya. The P120 design is not an epic evolution from their other models but who cares. If you pull up on this bad boy, you're guaranteed to get mobbed by others wanting to know everything about it. Check out the Confederate web site for more details...
Travertson V-REX
Soooo, you have seen and rode everything out there right? Well, have you seen or rode the Travertson V-REX? This thing just screams sexy with its long body and swing arm steering. You can't ride it or park it anywhere without a huge crowd forming to see it up close. The bike started off as a 3D rendering authored by mechanical futurist Tim Cameron. Cameron's design then caught the eye of Christian Travert who some of you may know was part of the crew that created the MTT Y2K bike Jay Leno rides. The bike weights in at a beefy 670 pounds dry and doesn't have a super great suspension, BUT wasn't designed to win any races either. This is a production bike and can be purchased for just under $45,000 in one of 11 colors. The bike can also be rented by anyone 40 plus years of age from We Rent Motorcycles (That is IF you can afford the hefty security deposit)
